Nothing like a Cucumber Sandwich's on a hot summer day!
They are simple to make as well!
Mix Cream Cheese and Dill to taste
Spread on both slices of Bread
Peal and Slice Cucumber's
Place on sandwich and Enjoy with Ice Tea, Yummy!

Cucumber sandwiches are yummy!
ReplyDeleteYou know, I don't think I've ever had a cucumber sandwich! We have a plethora of cucumbers in the garden, so I am really going to have to try one.
ReplyDeleteWe love these sandwiches but we often add sunflower seeds and I have never tried adding the dill- sounds yummy though!
